08/11/21 Outstanding Professionalism To say that Rosemary helped us would be an egregious understatement. We had been beat up pretty bad already in a volatile housing market . We went through two different agents that left us high and dry multiple times and proved with certainty that we were just Not a priority in a booming market. Then we found Rosemary and it was like an angel dropped from above. Rosemary listened to our needs and wants and Never let us settle for less. Rosie IS the best! That's the long and short of it! Patient, attentive, detailed and a true professional. Most agents want to sell you a house but Rosie wants to sell you the RIGHT house. We spent about 1 1/2 years looking for the right one. No joke! On 2 or 3 occasions she went to preview a house and told us straight up, I don't think this is the house you are looking for. Not living in Prescott, viewing was not an easy task for us. It had to check a lot of boxes for us to jump in the truck and rush out there, which we did several times. We emailed Rosie a list of ten items we desired in a home to purchase in the Prescott area.
